"Horrible! After I placed the order and paid I waited in vain for additional communication. There was none. So I cancelled the ride. I managed to find other transport back to The Savoy Hotel. While I was being driven home I received a call on my cell from someone who said he was the taxi driver from Taxicode.??? I told him I’d cancelled the ride after not hearing any info about the pick-up. I never received a refund. Will NEVER USE TAXICODE AGAIN!"
