"My problem was with the booking. I was unable to move the return trip so I had to make other arrangements to return. The full price for both journeys was charged and when I asked to move the return trip by 1½ hours the operator tried to charge me an extra £10 to move it 1 hour and would have done so if I had not protested strongly. I will not be using your services again and will be warning others to be aware of your business practices before using your services."
