"Your dispatcher on the morning of pick-up asked for the postal codes for pick-up and destination. The exact street addresses had already been given, presumably to determine mileage. He then came back telling me that because of the updated locations that the driver would “need” 10 pounds CASH to be paid at pick-up. This was clearly a questionable method to ensure a tip. Your excellent driver received the £10 at the end of the trip, yet would have received twice that amount had the dispatcher not fabricated some story."
