He rang to say he was going to be 3 minutes late due to flooding on the roads.
As it was raining heavily, he dropped us at the airport as near as possible to a covered area.
He then went out in the rain to collected a luggage trolley for us before we got out of the taxi.
A very courteous and considerate young man.
